Request Guidelines

Please include any pertinent details, including:

• Do you have a particular deadline, after which we should not bother?
• Would you like sepia, black/white, or any special colors?
• Is it alright if we use a flash?
• Should the photograph be candid, posed?
• Solid background or in context?
• Are you willing to compensate for this assignment? Note: this is optional.
• How large should this photograph be, and do you want an uncompressed copy? For example: 3 megapixel raw image.

Also, don't forget that:

• In general, we only operate within the areas listed below. In general, if your request requires traveling more than 20 miles outside of those areas, you should provide strong justification.
• We will not divulge your email address. If you don't provide one, we will not be able to contact you, and your request will be given a lower priority.
• We will not break the law to obtain your photographs. This includes criminal law, copyright law, etc.
• Asking for something rare or difficult to photograph will probably result in a dropped request. You want a picture of a dog riding a bicycle underwater? Probably not going to happen.
• We cannot accept payment for photographs of copyrighted material or individuals that have not given written consent to be photographed.
• We are photographers, not Photoshop-experts. So you can ask for some post-processing, but you may not get it.
